Palomar Fish Tacos is a family-owned restaurant inspired by Baja California, Mexico. Located in North Charleston, we combine authentic flavors with fresh ingredients to deliver an unforgettable fish taco experience.

The journey began after a cross-country trip to the Lowcountry, which sparked the idea of bringing the taste of the West Coast to Charleston. With decades of restaurant experience, Blanca & Daniel Martínez opened their dream restaurant serving homemade, cooked-from-scratch cuisine.

Since opening, the restaurant has stayed busy with guests drawn to the fresh, Baja-style cooking. Come try what Charleston is talking about.

We’ve since taken the kitchen on the road, too — the Palomar food truck brings the same menu to neighborhoods and events across the Charleston area.
