What makes it Baja-style?
Baja-style fish tacos start with a light, crisp batter, not a heavy breading, fried hot and fast so the fish stays flaky inside. Ours is topped the traditional way: shredded cabbage for crunch, diced onion and tomato, fresh cilantro, and a signature sauce we make in house. It’s the same style you’d find at a taco stand in Ensenada or San Diego, brought to North Charleston by a family that grew up eating it.
